Meet the Maker

I’ve always been drawn to create with my hands, to tell stories through art, and to connect through others with art. In 2017 I made my first loom from a wooden picture frame and furniture nails and began weaving.

I mostly make items on a nature theme, especially landscapes and plants, but am inspired by just about everything around me and like to experiment with colours and textures.

As an LGBTQ2IA+ artist and settler on unceded Lekwungen land (“Victoria” B.C.), I am proud to donate 5% of my sales to organizations that fight for and support marginalized communities, as well as organizations that protect the environment and species at risk.

When I’m not practicing my art, I like to spend time with my partner and friends being goofy, eating like a hobbit, and exploring the world.

The practice of making art has always been a way for me to connect with others, to maintain my mental health, and to bring joy to others. I hope you find beauty in value in what I create.
